Top Italian Investor of the Year Award for PZL-Świdnik
The FDI Poland Investor Awards were presented on 17th October during an official gala held at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw. Top foreign direct investors were presented with awards in acknowledgment of their commitment to the Polish economy taking into account the scale of investment, headcount, innovation, strategic importance and leadership within the industry.
Donato Romanelli, Chief Financial Officer, PZL-Świdnik S.A. said: “We feel very honored to have been selected as the Top Italian Investor of the Year. The award validates AgustaWestland’s decision to invest in PZL-Świdnik and revamp its brand. The Świdnik facility is an example of a successful privatization process and a fruitful collaboration with a foreign partner. We are committed to ensuring continued investments in PZL-Świdnik to further enhance the Company’s capabilities and strengthen its position in the world’s aviation industry.”
A jury composed of 22 representatives of the chambers of commerce and embassies selected 15, out of 78 nominated world-class companies, representing different industry sectors.
