LMS or its absence: what’s in it for the student?

Organizing aviation training, be it Ab Initio, type rating or ground handling training, is a complex and tedious process and doing it without computerized help is nearly crazy. That is the reason why along with the whole technological advancement, aviation industry clung to it and made huge strides in order to advance to the level that became personally comfortable for each training provider. Some used universal data management programs, others created their own systems, but never managed to combine all the aspects of the aviation training management into one solid system.
