Comlux America’s first wide body completion, an ACJ330 aircraft, was inside the hangar for the event creating an impressive backdrop for guests. This aircraft will be the 12th VIP completion for Comlux America overall. During the event the hangar also housed 2 BBJs (one in completion and one in maintenance) and one SBJ in completion. The new hangar expansion increased the total size of the hangar from 128,000 sq. ft. to 157,000 sq. ft. which means the hangar can now house 1 wide body and up to 4 narrow body aircraft simultaneously.

Many guests of Comlux flew in from all around the world to attend the event, including customers, OEMs, authorities, designers, suppliers, business partners, and local political and airport officials.

“This is a major milestone in the development of Comlux America and the Comlux Group.” stated Scott Meyer, CEO Comlux America, “This event is a testament of our continued growing list of capabilities, and it further demonstrates our ability willingness to adapt for future market opportunities. Comlux America will maintain its great reputation as one of the best completion and service centers in the world. We are looking forward to welcoming more Wide Body customers in our facilities!”
