AsBAA recognizes Jet Aviation for Best Aircraft Management and Best Operational Service Support
Jet Aviation was twice honored at the inaugural Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) 2015 Gala Awards event held in Hong Kong over the weekend. The company’s aircraft management and charter operation in Hong Kong received AsBAA’s Best Management Company Award and Jet Aviation Singapore was named the Best Operational Support Services Company.
On November 6, 2015, AsBAA hosted approximately 240 guests at its inaugural black-tie Industry Awards Charity Gala Dinner to commend the best within the industry and acknowledge their vital support of the business aviation market in Asia. Jet Aviation received awards in two separate categories: the company’s aircraft management and charter business in Hong Kong received the Best Management Company award; its MRO and FBO operation in Singapore was awarded Best Operational Support Services Company.
“I’m thrilled for the team to see their efforts so conspicuously recognized and I feel very privileged to accept this award on their behalf,” said Barry Collier, managing director and director of operations for Jet Aviation Business Jets, Hong Kong. “Safety and service excellence are our top priorities in all aspects of our operations and across the full spectrum of our capabilities. Our network of dispatch offices around the world allows us to function globally, but it is a distinct honor for our efforts to be recognized locally.”
“We are committed to engaging with our members,” said AsBAA chairman Charlie Mularski. “We’re also committed to growing our membership, which in turn will increase our influence and ability to tackle the issues the industry is facing in Asia. It’s vital that AsBAA is working to make headway on our initiatives relating to regulatory reform and the student chapter, but it’s also important to take a step back and recognize the good work of the industry.”

Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) is a non-profit association established to enhance Business Aviation access, regulation, safety, knowledge, training, public awareness and contribution to the economy. As a member of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), it represents more than 80 operators, aircraft manufacturers, service providers and business aviation users based in Asia and around the world.
