Comlux the Aviation Group announced that its aircraft sales & acquisition division, Comlux Transactions, has contracted with the Government of Slovakia for the sale of a pre-owned Airbus ACJ319 including a total support package, aircraft maintenance, cabin upgrade, installation of security systems onboard and entry into service support.

After Jordan, Kazakhstan and Malaysia, this is the 4th time Comlux supports a Government in the frame of its fleet renewal. This specific activity demonstrates that Comlux has a full understanding of Governmental aviation and the capability within the Comlux Group to cover the full scope of services and to propose turnkey packages to its government customers, on top of traditional aircraft sales and purchases. Moreover, Comlux’ solid relationship with lessors, banks and financial institutions is an asset when financing solutions are required in the frame of the transaction.

What Comlux is offering to Governments is complemented by strong charter activity in the rest of its fleet and perfectly adapted to the transport of Heads of States and officials. As of today, Fly Comlux has flown more than 20 Governmental customers around the world at the highest level of safety, reliability and service on board.

Richard Gaona, Chairman & CEO Comlux says: “It is a great honor for us to work with the Government of Slovakia and to support them in their fleet renewal. The Comlux Transactions team has strong experience in liaising with Governments and understanding their specific needs. Our objective is also to support the Air Force branches around the world with the completion of their Multi Role Tanker Transport aircraft. This governmental activity complements Comlux’ services to corporations and private customers.”
