Mr. Vladimir Lapinsky, CEO of Meridian Air Company, receives an Honorary Certificate of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for performance achievements and long-term and honest commitment to work in aviation industry by decree 260/N as of August 7, 2016 issued by Russian Ministry of Transport.
The award ceremony took place on the eve of the professional Aviator Celebration Day in the column hall of the Russian Ministry of Transport.
