Results of Kazan Aiport in 2014
Kazan international airport has served 1942408 passengers by the end of 2014 that exceeds index of 2013 by 5,2%.
999005 passengers were served on domestic flights in 2014 (+9,9%), and on international flights were 943403 passengers (+0,5%).
The largest growth of passenger traffic was marked on the following international routes: Hurghada, Antalya, Istanbul, Sharm el Sheikh.
Positive dynamics of passenger traffic on domestic flights was noticed on routes to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi.
According to the results of 2014 Kazan international airport services were used by 128229 people. The passenger traffic on international flights was 48185 people, and it increased on 18% and got the amount of 80044 people on domestic flights.
From January to December 2014 in the framework of interregional air services development of the Volga Federal District 29205 passengers were transported, and accordingly 3859 movements were made on the following routes: Ufa, Orenburg, Perm, Samara, Saransk, Saratov, Kirov, Penza. Overall for 12 months of 2014 15389 movements were made from Kazan international airport.
