“We provide our employees with the opportunity to upgrade their professional level and to be successful. When newcomers ask me about their career growth prospective in UIA, I always tell they alone have good grip on the situation. It is truly so for many of our managers had once come to UIA novices and climbed career ladder because of their energy, leadership, and dedication. The latter makes the company ours in the true sense of the word, while we are proud of being a team of the result-focused professionals, – noted Alevtina Fursaeva, UIA Vice President HR & Organizations. – UIA provides its staff with numerous opportunities for professional and personal growth and development. Thus, all newcomers are required to attend aviation and business disciplines` training courses at the corporate training center. Moreover, we have developed human capital management, client-focus, and stress resistance courses especially for newly appointed executives”.
